Products
We are an online retailer providing our clients with high quality, versatile jewellery. We strive to provide our clients with pieces that can accompany them in everyday life, but also elevate special occasions.
We are based in London. If you would wish to hold some of our products in your hand before purchase, please let us know and we will see what can be arranged. We oftentimes participate in fairs, trade shows and exhibitions. Follow our Instagram page and visit our blog, where we share information about upcoming events.
All of our pieces are made from precious metals like silver, oxidized silver, gold-plated silver or gold. Some products also include gemstones, wood, amber, stainless steel and other materials. Every product includes specification of what it is made of.
All products visible on our website are available on click and buy basis. If you see a product which is out of stock, or you see a photo on our website or social media channels, which you cannot find in our online shop, don’t hesitate to contact us, as we may be able to source it for you or suggest alternatives.

We deliver to the whole United Kingdom and countries from the list below. Delivery to countries not included on the list is possible – you have to call, text or email us for individual arrangements.

Delivery times differ. After your order has been confirmed as shipped the delivery times are as follows.
If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select:
- Next Day Delivery DPD and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 1-2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked® 24 with Signature† or Royal Mail Tracked® 48 with Signature† and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is the next working day or within 2 days respectively
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is the next working day by 1pm.
If your delivery address is on not in the United Kingdom, and it is included on the list of countries above, you might be able to select:
- Delivery by DPD Classic and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 2-4 working days
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 3-5 working days
Not all inventory is available to be shipped the same day the order was places. Look for detailed information is the product specifications.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange a product and receive a refund within 14 days from the dispatch of the product to you. The product has to be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
If you wish to return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.
Products must be sent by Royal Mail Signed and Tracked For delivery to 7, Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. We do not cover the costs of returns.
Items excluded from the return and exchange policy are earrings (due to sanitary reasons), any product made to order or to your specification, any product personalised or adapted for you and gift vouchers.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with our policy. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.
We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product or cost of the return.
Order questions
We accept payments made through PayPal, bank transfers and credit and debit cards.
All our delivery methods allow for tracking. As soon as your order is posted, you will receive your tracing number and instructions by email.
If there is a mistake in your order and it has not been posted yet, you should text, call or email us and we will do our best to rectify it. However, we do not take responsibility for mistakes you make in your order or delivery details.
